The Runner
Since 2008, Olivier Geissler, 38, is responsible for the international programs in the Swiss Foundation of SSI, with particular focus on projects in West Africa and Eastern Europe.
An avid mountain racer, he has run ultra marathons (races over 42 km) since 2008. This year, he has chosen an extraordinary challenge to complete the Tour du Mont Blanc (166 km) nonstop in less than 46 hours to raise funds for young girls in West Africa who are victims of exploitation.
